David Luiz rejects three-year contract worth £220,000-a-week salary

Chelsea defender, David Luiz has rejected a contract worth £220,000-a-week salary from a club in Qatar.
According to report, Luiz rejected the deal after he was approached by a team in Qatar, the identity of which is not known, about a three-year deal worth £34million.
The report also claimed that the 32-year-old rejected the contract because he wants to remain at Stamford Bridge as he continues to hold talks with the West London club over a new deal.
Luiz, whose contract with Chelsea will expires in the summer, currently earns less than £130,000-a-week at Chelsea.
The Brazilian has been impressive since manager Maurizio Sarri took over from former Blues boss, Antonio Conte.
When asked recently if he will still be at Chelsea next season, Luiz said: “I think so. We are talking with the club.
“Everybody knows I love this club, I feel comfortable here and am happy here. I am doing my job very well so I think a lot is going to happen.”
Luiz will hope to lead Chelsea to victory when they tackle West Ham on Monday in the Premier League.
